Lowcountry Sings is the award winning, ultimate karaoke contest where your voice can make a difference! This exciting event, open to all ages, supports the Summerville Parks Foundation, helping to improve and maintain our beautiful local parks.

The inaugural event in 2024 won the national award for Innovative Event Production by the National Association of Park Foundations.

Not a singer? No problem! Support your favorite contestants. During the online competition and live show, audience members will have the opportunity to vote. Each vote is $1, and all the proceeds benefit our wonderful parks!

Lowcountry Sings: A Harmonious Blend of Talent and Charity

Hosted Summerville Parks Foundation, our competition is a fundraiser to keep Summerville’s greenspaces beautiful and accessible for everyone.

Lowcountry Sings is more than just a karaoke contest; it’s a community event that brings people together for a great cause. If you’re singing or cheering from the audience, your participation helps support the Summerville Parks Foundation.

Round one is the online competition. Singers compete from July 1 through July 31, 2025. The top seven singers will perform live on August 22 in front of a live audience. Throughout the competition, votes are each $1. At the end, the singer with the most votes is named the Lowcountry Sings King or Queen. All the proceeds benefit the Summerville Parks Foundation.

Tickets for the live event will be available starting August 4, 2025. Tickets for the live event are $25.
